If this website would allow zero stars, I would give it that. This location has staff issues. This is not the first time they opened the door past the start of business hours. Door is supposed to open at 10:00am on Sundays. I parked at 10:15 and the door was still locked and no lights were on. I called the store and a lady answered. Due to staffing issues she would open the door in a few minutes as she was still preparing the facility for customers. At 10:29 she unlocked the door. I was second in line and she told me there was a 2 hour wait. Confusing as there were three customers inside. And because I didn’t register online I wasn’t getting my hair cut. Wow. No thanks SportClips. I will never come here again.

First time and won't be last. Amanda was amazing, Went on Veterans Day and treated with respect, consideration and gratitude. I will always appreciate those who appreciate us. Thanks.
